Summary:

We propose an attestation protocol that is collusion-resistant based on one of the existing TLS evidence protocols named DECO. The proposed protocol is for real-world applications that expand the functionality of the decentralized applications with the help of the distributed verifiable random function (DVRF) and threshold signature schemes (TSS).
